Come volunteer with Paepae o He'eia to complete the last 300 feet of the wall for their fish pond. Stand in lines and pass coral to their final places in the wall, remove invasive plants, restore native plants, or dig an 'auwai (water channel).
Park at King Intermediate between 7-10am and take a shuttle bus to the fish pond. Work is 8:30-12pm with lunch and closing ceremonies after. All ages welcome!
They hope to recruit 2,000 volunteers for this project. For more information and to register, click here.
